My Guru

Guru is the one who dispels the darkness of ignorance and disseminates the light of knowledge.
Guru is both the torch and the torchbearer.
My Guru has been and will ever remain my companion in the journey of life.

My tryst with The Art of Living

Each course of The Art of Living I did produced in me a thirst for more knowledge. While doing the higher courses, I felt increasingly drawn to the organization. However, even as I started conducting Nav Chetna Shivir classes, I did not consciously experience any compelling desire to become a teacher of The Art of Living.

My Guru's Magnanimity

But my Guru had other plans for me. Without my knowledge, he was steadily and silently bringing about a metamorphosis in me and molding me to become the channel that would transmit his message/philosophy to the world. It was my Guru who impelled me to give up my job and to embark upon a life of service to mankind. I am convinced that the abundance and fortune that I enjoy today are bestowed by the grace of my Guru. I hereby surrender all my accomplishments at the feet of my Guru.
